The timer was inspired by the practice of Transcendental Meditation and has three stages. The first is a 5-second intro. The second is the 20-minute meditation timer (on the app it is adjustable from 5 to 50 minutes). The third is a 2-minute ‘cool down’ timer. It is not the greatest recording. You will probably hear a fair amount of ambient noise (snowplow, creaking floor, cars driving by the house, etc.) so play it at a volume loud enough to hear the bells but quiet enough to minimize the distraction of the ambient noise.
